Without any damage waiver, renter is responsible

RENTAL REQUIREMENTS

21 years of age minimum.

Valid motorcycle license/endorsement from state or country
of residence.

DOT approved helmet required for all drivers and passengers.
We will provide helmets, if needed.

Major credit card with a minimum of $3000.00 available
credit for security deposit.

Closed toed shoes required. We do recommend long pants be
worn.

All riders must take a brief staff-witnessed test ride on
our premise prior to taking rental motorcycle.

All of the rental motorcycles are full of premium fuel when
they leave our dealership and should be returned with a full tank of premium
fuel.

Wisconsin State Law requires eye protection be worn by
driver and passenger.

Passengers must be present for fitment of additional helmet
& to sign a release of liability forms.

In most cases your insurance company will not cover you on a
rental motorcycle. Check with your insurance company to see if you have
coverage for rental motorcycles.
- Valid credit card required at time of reservation
- Rental day consists of 24 hours from point of contract
execution, except during SPECIAL EVENTS.
- If rental is picked up during a time that does not
allow for a full 24 hour rental, the customer must return the motorcycle
before the close of that business day.
- Late returns can result in a fee per hour charge plus
additional damage waiver/insurance charges.
- Cancellation of reservations must be placed with
rental department prior to pick up time or a $50.00 fee will be
accessed.
- “No Show” (3 hours past reserve time) of reservations
will result in a $50.00 fee & loss of reservation of bike.
SPECIAL EVENT TERMS & CONDITIONS
(Sturgis, Tomahawk, MDA Tub Run, Etc.)

Customers will be held to pick up and drop off times specified on
their reservations.

A $200.00 reservation deposit will be required with credit card
when reservation is made.
§
Cancellation of reservation will only be accepted in written
form and must be received by Kutter Harley-Davidson 7 days prior to
reservation or $200.00 deposit will be forfeited to Kutter.
§
“NO SHOW” (3 hours past reserve time) will result in loss of
$200.00 deposit.
