"What an easy experience I had renting a Harley. Not being a Harley rider I wasn't sure what bike I wanted. All I knew was I wanted a large VERY comfortable cruiser. Well, Lloyd picked the best bike possible for my Saturday ride. My wife, (not a big biker fan) had a short ride with me, and when I took it back she said, "wish we could keep it!"

"I bought my 08 FLHTP this year from Kutter. Gunny did a great job at getting me all set up. The bike was not on the floor, while I was in servicing my 85 FXSB, because of an ABS issue. Gunny took me back to look at it and told me he would make sure it was ready for a test drive the next morning. Sure enough, the call came through at 10:00 the next morning, and I was in for the test drive. In no time at all I was driving off with my new bike. The whole process was simple but thorough. As for the rest of the Kutter crew, they have been great helping me with finding just what I need to make my bike unique. Thanks guys!!!"

"was on small bike ride for day with family,when i left home i discovered my tach,speedo and blinkers didnt work. called kutters(on sun.) Kevin answered i told him my problem. he said he wasnt workin but going home n to come to his house n he'd look at it. my problem was a fuse! long story short..wireharness on front fender wore thru n shorted out. it took him alittle while to figure out exactly the problem but he fixed it!! Great job buddy...im back cruisn!!!"

"Kutter H-D, my home away from home. The staff is fantastic and made me feel that they truly cared about me as a rider, not just a customer. They gave me great advice as to what bike they thought would be the best for me (Heritage Softail). They were right! It has been and will continue to be my shop of choice until I'm cold and in the ground. What a amazing shop they run :) The staff couldn't be any friendlier if they tried. A great group to do business with. They always take the time to just talk if that is your desire.

"We were on a weekend trip on the bike to Madison and started having problems with the bike stuttering and stopping. Going past Monroe, we saw the sign for Kutter's and though we'd better stop, thinking that on a Saturday afternoon no one would be in the service department. Fortunately for us, a young man by the name of Kevin in the service department was in and was very helpful and knowledgeable. He put the bike on the computer and found out the temperature sensor on the head was not working right. The part was handy and within 45 minutes we were on our way!!! Kudos to Kevin for getting us back on the road and saving our weekend! Another reason why we love Wisconsin - great people!!
